2. Service Description

CopyTrades is an independent trade-copying platform that enables users to connect trader and copier accounts using API tokens. CopyTrades does not act as a broker, investment advisor, financial institution, or trading signal provider.

3. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for their trading decisions, account settings, API permissions, risk management, and the selection of traders they choose to follow.

Users are also responsible for maintaining the security of their API credentials and account information.

4. No Financial Advice

CopyTrades does not provide investment advice, trading recommendations, financial guidance, or trading signals. Any trader available on the platform is not endorsed, recommended, or verified by CopyTrades.

5. Platform Independence

CopyTrades is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, operated by, or associated with Deriv.

Users remain subject to the terms, policies, and rules established by Deriv regarding the use of their accounts, APIs, and trading services.

6. Service Availability

CopyTrades does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform.

Maintenance, software updates, API interruptions, network outages, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect platform functionality.

7. Trade Copying Limitations

CopyTrades attempts to copy supported trade activity between connected accounts.

Due to market conditions, execution delays, account balances, multiplier settings, API limitations, latency, and other technical factors, copied trade results may differ from the original trader's activity.

CopyTrades does not guarantee identical execution, matching results, profitability, or performance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CopyTrades shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

• Trading losses
• Missed trading opportunities
• Platform downtime
• API interruptions
• Execution differences
• Data loss
• Third-party service failures

9. Account Suspension

CopyTrades reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform if abuse, misuse, security concerns, unauthorized activity, or violations of these Terms & Conditions are detected.

10. Compliance with Third-Party Terms

Users remain responsible for complying with all applicable terms, policies, and requirements established by Deriv and any other third-party services connected to their accounts.

11. Modifications

CopyTrades reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
